VRCFT without PICO Connect
The PICO 4 Pro and PICO 4 Enterprise headsets feature on-headset eye tracking and face tracking. The tracking from this is transmitted through PICO Connect and can be used with VRCFaceTracking.
However, if you are using Steam Link, ALVR, or Virtual Desktop, you cannot use this method.
When these headsets are rooted, you may instead send the tracking data from the PICO XR API to your computer over a side channel and have VRCFaceTracking use that.
This also gives slightly improved tracking quality than PICO Connect as it is using a newer version of the face tracking protocol, and is in my experience more stable, but can have issues with jittery tracking - YMMV.
You should not combine this method with eyed.
